The following came from the website below. I think the best bet is ask your doctor.

My daughter had a full mouth of teeth before she made a year old. Her cousin however, who was about 1 1/2 had maybe four @ the time. Children R different and so R their growth spurts. If ur that concened u can always see a dentist for reassurance. The dentist may be able to tell u just by looking @ x-rays if he see's any prominent teeth.

No, never heard of that. I don't mean to alarm you, but my son is 8 months and has a tooth. I've had 3 boys and none of them could walk before they got teeth. What does his doc say about it? Perhaps he doesn't have baby teeth.... my aunt had 2 sets of baby teeth (was born with teeth, lost them and then got new ones and then lost them and got adult teeth) so I know there are variations on normall tooth development that are in their own way normal, so maybe take him to a dentist to have X-rays to see if he has tooth buds. I'm sure it won't hurt him, but I just worry about his ability to eat. I really hope the best for both of you. Best wishes

My son who is now 35 didn't get any teeth until after he was over a year old. The teeth come in when they are ready no need for alarm. I have read that the later they come in the better, less cavities. When my sons teeth finally did come in he cut four at a time.

I would have him checked by a dentist, sometimes the baby teeth start coming in as early as six months, but normal is usually eight to twelve months, do you feel anything coming through the gums?

A better question is; why haven't you taken him to the dentist/doctor?
