sorry I made a misstate. I had in mind self-defence lessons :) . well I live far from USA in little country Lithuania (east europ). That is why I am asking only for information in the internet about fighting moves and other information. But thanks anyway!

Well were are you from? I live in Arkansas and a good friend of mine runs a non-profit boxing training team. I am sure we are not the only free training center out there. Search the web for boxing training by you're state. That's how I listed ours. If I can help find you one I will. Many of the USA santioned boxing teams are low cost. And these are across the country. i`ll give you lessons over the internet
lets say some one puts you in headlock with thier right arm
you take a step to the right to open of thier chest elbow thwm to the chest puch them in the groin then to the face
theput you left hand on thier arm and the right on thier elbow and bend you head down to get out the head lock
