Not really, although I doubt I would've been as forthcoming with that information as you apparently are. All sorts of things trigger excitation in the human animal...that's one of the beauties of being human, and that diversity keeps life interesting. But while you're enjoying the thrill of "organ watching" take some time every now and then to see the person who belongs to the organ in question, too. Remember, we're all more than the sum of our parts.

I know that every time I get a glimpse of my liver, I just quiver all over for days.
I get all sweaty and my heart races when I even think about getting a glimpse of my sweet pink lungs.
And here I was ... thinking I was the only one who was so deeply affected by my organs.

No it ain't wrong ... sometimes when I get to imagining what my liver looks like, all brown and squishy, pumping that bile out all day long, yeah, that's hot as hell. Mmmmm.
