With all these "glass eyed" roadies riding around SD, it is not hard to imagine why so many are ran over and killed by passing cars. Here it's not EPO, it's methamphetamine! Afterall, they have allot of the "stuff" available here in America's finest city. These arrogant and selfish "roadies" are like mosquitos and need to be swatted! As a Mt. Biker, I swat them whenever I can. Just the other day I crashed one into a fire hydrant!

Landis will receive a deserving disgrace and will be remembered as one that did't escape like Armstrong. Not only has he disgraced the cycling sport; but his self, his family, and all his associates. It is indeed more than disgusting to see such cheating behaviour in the US competive sporting! Shame on you Mr. Landis !!

At this point, I don't care. I live in Chester County, which is the county east of Lancaster where he's from and I'm already so sick of hearing about it.

I would suspect Hamilton and Armstrong of Doping long before I suspected Landis. Plus, steroids, generally aren't much of a performance enhancer for cyclists, so I'm guessing he'll be innocent. By the way, the second test will confirm the results of the first test. The road to Landis's innocence will start after failing the second test.

Floyd did not have elevated testosterone levels, as one would expect if he had been doping, what he had was a high ratio of testosterone to epitestosterone, both were at lower levels than normal, but the levels don't matter, it's the ratio they test for. When levels are that low, the ratios are more pronounced.

And the test doesn't take into account that Landis had been taking daily cortisone shots to help his bad hip, and he also takes hormones for a thyroid condition, and those medications play hell with his endocrine system.

When he's proven innocent, I only hope you are as vocal and forthright in your apology as you are in your accusation.

Do you have any words about the German Ullrich and the Italian Basso, the *actual* cheaters that were caught before the race and banned?

The truth is many athletes "Dope" and go on to win championships, and they never get caught. They can't test athletes all the time and there are so many ways to pass a drug test. So the "Dopers" stay one step ahead of the Steroid Police.

Strange how we idolize athletes so much that they need to become superhuman to get our attention. This is why we recently started to like Spelling Bee Champs, Pro Poker Players, Race Car Drivers, PGA Golfers, they need no Steroids.

If he's found positive in the 2nd test, then he's a stinking cheat and deserves no-ones' support.
