What do you think about MONDEX?

Question

Is Master Card and Motorolla really phasing out Cash and Credit Cards in exchange of the Transponder that will be implanted on our foreheads and or right hand? Who is behind this idea? I know it's a really secured way of doing business but can we not use retinal or fingerprint recognition devices instead of contaminating our human bodies with a potentially lethal - not to mention biblically apocaliptic device inside our bioligical make-up?
