Tofu is made from soyabeans.

The soyabeans are ground and mixed with a lil vinegar and when they coagulate, they are collected in a fabric..... Thats TOFU!!

Tofu tastes funny when eaten Just like that.

but It tastes FAB when put in soups and etc.

Plus ,tofu is a no fat, no calories.....HEALTHY food.

they make it from soybeans and it's high in protein. it will take on the flavor of anything it's cooked with or soaked in and is extremely versatile. most use it in vegetarian diets in place of meat. there are several different textures of tofu, depending on what you're using it for.

It is the stuff that they srape from under your toenails hence the name "tofu" Tastes like feet anyway!
