size and deepness are a main factor to THE LOCATION.

thyroid? you are okay. just use a warm compress for 15-45 minutes at a time atleast 3 times daily. DRINK LOTS of fluids. WATER helps with DRAINING our toxins out. WATER WATER WATER to drink and to treat it.

STAND in warm stream of water in the shower for 5 minutes at least every morning and night and warm compresses.

IBUPROFEN will help with swelling. NO poking/squeezing/picking/scratching or DOING ANYTHING besides treating with water.

GOOD TIP:::: you'll feel silly but it works

get a good medium towel, and wet it heat in in the microwave or WET it and wrap a hot rubber bag of warmest water you can tolerate.

LAY on couch, but before you do, place wet towel on your cyst and then place the hot compress then wrap a dry towel securing it in place. AND THEN wrap saran wrap around it several times. the heat will transfer evenly and this is the best way.

IT"S called hydrotherapy when you do this. this is great for sore throats to. THE HEAT will increase BLOOD blow to ares, reduce the toxins/bad stuff in the cyst. and disperse it to a smaller size.

Several family members have had cysts and I have never known one to go away on its own. Although, as you mentioned, the size fluctuates, you may require surgery to actually get it to disappear completely. I would ask your doctor the next time you go. May God bless and keep you.

I frequently get cramping once I workout, many times that's cardio like while i take advantage of the treadmill or the elliptical device. I additionally do no longer comprehend what motives it. it many times takes approximately 5-10 minutes for the cramps to pass away. this does not happen each and every time I workout even though it happens frequently adequate. you will get to renowned the indicators and sense it drawing near - in case you merely do quit the cardio workout and enable your physique quiet down slightly. each and every so often i take advantage of the leg machines, those for inner/outer thighs and that they take the cramps away - uncertain why it works it merely does.

I had a cyst on my neck for probably 1.5 years. It ruptured and went down deeper in my skin and got infected. I had to have surgery and have it removed. The infection absorbed allot of the anesthetic and I could feel them cutting me open and digging it out and cauterizing it.

Painful

See your Dr. soon.

Your cyst is individual to you, and can only be diagnosed by your doctor. Everyone's situation is different, and I wouldn't rely too heavily on what other people have gone through, because your situation is unique to you.

Good luck!
