Dealing with my depressed wife had me depressed for a while. But the old cliche is true.
It is always darkest just before the dawn. My wife had Electro Convulsive Therapy, ECT, and she is a different person now. She still has problems but not suicidal anymore.

Yes I did, To be or not to be....my parents care taker? And of course I did choose yes. My parents health has been failing since the unexpected death of my brother. So I had to decide as to whether or not give up a good paying job of 5 years and a house and my friends, to come home, live with them, start a new live. Here I am, living with my parents and taking care of them. I know deep down inside that I did make the right move, even though I do miss my friends.

I bought an icebox from an appliance store, paid cash for it and set up the day and time they were to deliver it. Came home and got rid of my old icebox. Then the store calls and says they can't deliver it when they said and they'll be here next week. "To be or not to be" without an icebox that I already paid for was the question I asked myself. I told them no, they will deliver it when they said, I'm not about to be without an icebox for over a week. They said they can deliver it at 4:00 p.m. I told them I don't have a problem with that, do they? At 4:00 p.m. they knocked on my door and brought that icebox right into my house.

Never did... however... I've never been in a situation where OFF-ING MYSELF... and leaving the mess behind for my prodigy to deal with - was acceptable.

Perhaps, but I have never seriously considered suicide. Please, if you are, tell someone who can get you some help. No matter how bad things may seem, you can get help and live a normal, happy life. May God bless and keep you, my friend.
