Feel the abdominal area for small lumps, don't squeeze to hard but if you hold the lump long enough you will feel it move slightly. Taking your cat to the vet would probably be the best way to determine whether or not it was pregnant. I highly suggest that you spay your cat after the kittens are born this will reduce the pet population and reduce the number of animals without homes.

Getting a big huge belly...and that they get really grumpy if you touch their belly. If they trust you enough they will let you touch their belly to feel her babies. I had 2 cats at the same time pregnant. My cat Mistah was pregnant and had 7 kittens...the last one born (the runt) died the next day...she wasn't getting no milk. And my mom's cat Missybear was pregnant and had like 4-5 kittens...man where they all adorable. My cats baby that died...i cryed all that night when the baby just died and for a couple of more days...for about a week I cryed. I missed that baby. The weird thing...the cats delievered at the same time...except my moms cat had her kittens a day later...and they both shared their babies...the cats where half sisters...it was cute.

Other than your female cats tummy getting slightly large, you might ntoice her pawing at her tummy gently. In most cases if you gently touch the tummy area of your cat you can feel the kittens moving around inside.
In most cases just before the kittens are to arrive she will also "hunt" for a safe and secure place for their birth. A comfortable size cardboard box with a few towels in it will work best. Your cat may jump in this a few times just before she goes into labor. She is just checking out the safety of it. Keep it away from drafts and direct sunlight.

apart from getting bigger, they can react in lots of different ways. some won't let you near them whilst others get super affectionate. she might start nesting to find somewhere nice to have the kittens. I'd generally watch for a change in personality. If she's quiet and starts getting chatty, active and starts sleeping, moody and gets loving, etc etc. If you think she's pregnant take her to a vet so they can check her out and make sure she and the babies are healthy and when you pick her up, don't put hnds on her stomach, put one hand on her torso under her front legs and scoop her back legs up holding her feet. That way you don't put any undue pressure on her. Good luck , give momma lots of love!

It feels like your kitty is in warmth! considering the fact that she isn't spayed i assistance taking her to the vet and having them spay her. notwithstanding you are able to't get her spayed till you're effective she isn't pregnant. some people get their cats spayed at the same time as they're pregnant yet i do not recommend it. you are able to in case you opt for,I do exactly not like the concept of taking the kittens existence away. :( yet anyhow sense round her abdomen to make certain if that's hardening or getting rounder and bigger. do not press very demanding notwithstanding because if she is pregnant it ought to harm the kittens. also examine to make certain if her nipples are starting to be swollen and are a rosy color. She ought to have an more effective urge for food,Which it feels like she does,a threat vomiting, personality replace such as being very affectionate, and "nesting" events such as being in darkish quiet places like a closet in the back of the washer or less than a mattress. She has some indications so that's a threat. also attempt now to not %. her up a lot because it motives stress on the tummy and may harm the kittens. She ought to prefer to head outdoors because before or once to procure her she had a mate that became outdoors and he or she needs to make certain it,Or she ought to prefer to head outdoors to stumble on a mate considering the fact that she may be in warmth. yet you are able to take her in for an ultrasound.(: also sturdy luck including her.(: desire your kitty continues to be satisfied and wholesome! and that i became hoping I helped!(:

The way i knew my cat was pregnant she got really fat .She ate more than usual and she wanted allot more attention. They usually are a sleep or are very tired. Feel their stomach, and if you feel kicking that means they are there!!!and when they are coming she meows allot! Get her a box and set her down in it. then let her do the rest.

aside from a bulging abdomen...they become more lazy...and they walk sluggishly and they're staying a lot of time in an area, probably acclimatazing to a possible birth area. I have 8 cats and they all do that. :)
