there is no "real name". "Torah" is not the name of the Jewish Bible- Torah merely refers to the first 5 books oif it, the "books of Moses". The Jewish sacred writings also include the Prophets and the Histories. I think the name for the complete old Testament is TANACH. What Christians call "The Bible" is actually a portable library. It is a compendium of 66 or 73 distinct books (according to one's religious tradition) of various styles of literature written over 4000 period. The ancient Jews compiled the first part of it, with the final list being settled about 200 years before the birth of Jesus. Then after Jesus, His disciples began writing as they felt called to. They wrote until approximately the death of the last eyewitness to Jesus, around 100AD and this list (added to the Jewish list of 200 BC ) was ultimately canonized (finalized) in 381 AD. The resulting book is what we Christians call "The Bible".
Muslims call their book Qu'ran (Recitation) because it IS a single book, which is something completely different to the way God operated in the past, where in the individual books ascribed to God were added to collections of previously acknowleged books, as explained above.

In reality the Bible is a set of different books, all by different names and most by different peoples hand. We call the collection the "Holy Bible." Interestingly, knowing this will help you interpret the last passage of Revelation "however add to this"... curse. It is intended that you not change Revelation, not as a ban for saints on writing.
