I tradtionally sit down for brunch at 10:30am, but I think any time after 10am qualifies.

When I was at school brunch was sunday morning for people that slept in late. It went from like 10 am to 1pm. The down side was there was no lunch.

Brunch is mid morning until NOON. It features more things than a typical breakfast, and is considered filling enough that you don't need to eat lunch afterward.

Anytime after normal breakfast time through lunch time.
The concept is for those people who sleep late on the weekends and don't want to jam three meals into the day.
