The key is make sure you at least rinse the husks first give them a bit of water to cook off before the husks start to dry and burn.

Depending on how you like your fresh C.O.C. cooking time can vary between a few minutes to as much as a half hour. Make sure you turn them regularly so that the husks brown evenly on all sides to ensure they cook completely.

A lot of people soak it first, etc. But the other day, my husband brought it home & all he did was pull out the silk that was sticking out and throw it in the oven for 30 minutes. It looked all dried out, but we let it cool a bit, then pulled off the husk and it was very good.

some peel the husk back(but do not remove) brush the corn with seasoned butter, replace the husk and tie with twine.

thank you for bringing this up. the reason you stated is exactly why i do no longer choose to apply this representation, because of fact it suits Modalism greater heavily than Trinitarianism. There are lots greater helpful illustrations that Trinitarians can use to talk with reference to the Trinity, yet all of them are ultimately insufficient for describing God. "I choose the analogy of: a guy-he's one individual, despite if he's 3 countless issues in that one individual. He may well be a father, a son, and a chum. 3 distinctive 'labels' yet one single individual. All 3 would do countless issues however the guy continues to be an identical guy." do no longer you think of which you run into precisely an identical subject as you do with the water representation? This nevertheless means that God is just one individual.

Hi, I've known friends to put it in foil on low heat with a little water in the foil.
I've never tried this personally but I've seen it done. I would imagine that you have to turn it quite often on a gas grill.
