flirt with him.. if he flirts back your off to a good start. Ask him on a date.. if he says yes then I guess you know.. if he turns you down then you can still flirt but obviously this one's just a friend. But the best way to know is to ask them. Guys tend to be shy when it comes to girls and they don't want to ask you out because rejection is more ego breaking than us girls could even imagine. If you put the cards on the table then he knows where you stand and he can make the next move. But they want that confidence boosted first and the uncertainty to be out of the way.
