I might need to replace the cylinder heads on my car. I have ran it lean to long. So question is... its a 86 5.0 (flat top pistons) and I have spare cylinder heads from a 88 5.0 mustang. I would like to put these heads on. Will these heads be ok with these pistons. Will the valves hit the pistons?

If you have a stock cam, it will be ok.

Yes you can use those heads and the pistons won't hit the valve unless you are using a cam with a bigger lift than a motorsport "F" cam.
