1200-1500 calories a day, with 150% of your RDA of fiber and at least 4 servings of fruits and veggies combined with twice daily half hour cardio routines like walking.

You will NOT lose the weight if you starve yourself.

Not that this is safe or anything, but here is what we used to do on the wrestling team in high school to make weight.

10 pounds in less than 3 days: (and we were in shape to begin with) so you'll probably lose more

Take 2 Ex-lax pills per day, drink only water and orange juice, take some sort of one a day vitamin. And the key is to excercise 1st thing in the morning to get your metabolism going.

I do a detox and lose about 10 pounds in ten days.

Eat only fruit and veg - only 1 potato per day. Drink lots of plain water. Snack on nuts and seeds (not peanuts or cashews)

Rice (basmati or brown only) every second day.

30 minutes a day walking.

After the ten days switch to careful eating to maintain weight.

It's called Daniel's Diet (from the Bible!)

I went on a three day diet once, and i lost 6 pounds. Try drinking green tea and eating salads for about a week and a half. The green tea flushes all the toxins out, which keep the fat in.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. loose weight) and you will have more energy. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets don’t work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples: baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads) in one and protein (examples: chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal; they don’t have none or little fat). 30min cardio exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardio, Tues. upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back: seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardio, thurs. lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) Fri. cardio, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising; you do this on Sunday so your body doesn’t go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stick with this you will have a great body. Also drink at least 8oz of water daily! Stay away from McDonalds, Wendy’s, ect. Because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (becon bits, cheese, dressing, ect.) Good Luck :)

as far as possible eat only boiled veggies.. drink about 3-6 litres of water.. and exercise around 1-5 hours a day as much as u can.. if u r fat.. like 36 inch+ , just walk or cycle for an hour.. take breaks and wipe out your sweat after you are tired.. and have a bath after your exercises... it is actually important.. sleep for 8 hours.. not more nor less

Eat only healthy, low fat foods..Vegetables, fruits..Whole grains, fiber..limit bread intake..snack healthy..NO chips and dips....drink a lot of WATER..and more Exercise.. Unfortunately, there is no Quick way to lose 10 pounds. Just be sensible about your diet. good luck!
