I want a role in a movie but my mom doesn't even like acting how can I convince her that I truly want this?

There is something about showing you can do it rather than just speak of wanting it. Some find such dreams hard to have faith because of it being so out of reach, in thier minds.
You show your mum you can do it by doing it, so what if you have to wait a little while. You can research to see if there are any local theatres taking on apprentices or young actors/actresses. Getting into the theme will give you work experience and show your mum you are determined but again if she restricts this never mind, only a little while to wait

DONT listen to anyone, ignore what your mom say about your goal, keep working on it and once you get there, you will prove her wrong. However expect her to pretend you're not a actress for rest of her life.
