It makes sense that it would. If you are exercising, your blood will be moving faster and your heart will probably be beating harder. If your anxiety is like mine, I would start noticing how fast my heart was beating and start to get anxious about it, like worry that I might have a heart attack.

In my case it's just the opposite. My anxiety was horrible along with panic attacks. As soon as I started eating healthy and had a regular exercise program it helped so much. I hardly ever get panic attacks and my anxiety is much lower. If you are worried about it... talk to a personal trainer they will be able to develop a program that fits your needs.

Its called over doing it. If your in the gym 3 times a day pounding iron, and not allowing your body to recuperate you can find yourself with a good case of anxiety and feeling like your on a roller coaster..

That is if you feel as if you need to reach a certain goal or achievment while doing them. Also, if you miss a day, you might fell anxiety, but usually it helps relieve anxiety

i had that problem...i did affect me really bad,it made my anxiety horrible,cut down on the amount that you work out and try not to go for more than a half hour or so,after cutting down amount and time,mine got better!
