Did you happen to look at the last 3000 times this question has been asked here?
As concisely as possible: do you have any "factual proof" that I exist? Read Hume. You function constantly with effective certainty about things you could never "prove." Hume showed you can't even "prove" effective causality.
If you mean, are there data of human experience for which the existence of God offers the most coherent and complete account, the answer is yes. I recently sketched some of these out in another answer:
(1) There is something rather than nothing.
(2) That something exhibits an unfathomably rich and intricate order and beauty, continuously demonstrating creative novelty in its evolutionary advance.
(3) Human persons exist, and in their interiority are conscious of themselves as the bearers of freedom, and the ground of the existence of these persons cannot be less than they are.
(4) In the communion of love I know other human persons as infinitely valuable and incommensurate with the entire world.
(5) My conscience accuses me or commends me independently of all social and cultural influences.
(6) The reductionism and nihilism of contemporay unbelief is an historical and cultural aberration.
(7) My love for other human beings is an existential testimony to their groundedness in an everlasting, loving, conscious, purposive reality.
I think really the most convincing datum suggesting God's existence is simply human consciousness itself (how exactly could the ground of consciousness be less than conscious itself?). Of course, reductionist materialists have to end up denying the existence of consciousness, so what does that tell us about irrationality and a priori assumptions and who is enslaved to them?

The Harmony that regulates the workings of the universe reveals a plan which, by its very nature, posits the existence of an Intelligent Power. Consequently, it makes no sense to attribute the origin of all things to chance. Chance cannot produce anything like the creations of intelligence. If chance had the properties of intelligence, it wouldn't be chance.
To credit the beginning of all things to the essential properties of matter is to mistake an effect for a cause, since properties are themselves effects. There must be a First Cause.

i have tried to explain this before on the boards and it is complicated lol
but no i do not have factual proof of gods existence , i only have my own factual proof of spirit and an afterlife , i only have factual proof of the existence of spirit guides and teachers who speak of a god
these are personal proofs for me and not proofs i would expect anyone to take on simply as their truth .. that would be silly
but if i were to deny the existence of god i am denying the proof of spirit and spirit teachers and as i have had validation of that then it would be silly of me to deny there is a god
please understand that this is personal to " me " only and that each person must look for their own proof and find it in ways that make sense to them , but i am quite confident in my proof as it is done through logical , sensible and even scientific methods

The answer to the assertion in the question may depend on what the person asking the question considers factual proof.

many people excalim, "you cant prove or disprove God. the belive in God is a matter of faith." In truth, the existence of God has nothing to do with faith. this is why.
When we look at a building, how do we know there was a builder? we cant see touch smell or taste him. Of course, the buidling is proof that there was a buider. Infact, we couldnt want better evidence for a buider than to have a building infront of us. we dont need "faith" to know that there was a buider-all we need are eyes than can see and a brain that works.
The same intellectual principal applies to a painting and painters. when we lok at a painting, how do we know there was a painter? well, obviusly the painting is proffof positive that there was a painter. Again we couldnt want better evidence that there was a painter than to have a painting right there in front of us, all I need is two eyes and a brain that functions. This logic is so simple that a child can understand it. The only reason that we seem to have such a problem with this simplicity is because we claim to be intellectual. we claim to be an generation of science and technology. No wonder were searching for intellegent life in the universe. the same principle applies to God, we can look around us at the creation and see proof positive that he exist because nothing that is created can be without a creator. (websters dictionary defines "creation" as "the act of creating, especially the act of bringing the world into ordered existence. again, we dont need faith to believe in God (the creator), all we need is two eyes and a brain that functions.
The Bible says there will be a day of Judgement. every thought word and deed odne in darkness will be brought to light. The Bible says the Ten Commandments will be Gods standard, so lets look at a few to see how you will do on Judgement day.
Have you ever lied (even once--fibs, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen (anything--the value is irrelevant)? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? If you have said "Yes" to these three questions, by your own admission, you are a lying, thieving, adulterer at heart; and we’ve only looked at three of the Ten Commandments. Nothing you’ve ever done is hid from His holy eyes. Will you be innocent or guilty on the Day of Judgment? Listen to your conscience. You know that you will be guilty, and thebible says if God Judges you according to your sin, the Justice you will recieve is hell for an eternity. That’s not God’s will. He provided a way for you and I to be forgiven.
He sent His Son to take our punishment: "God commended His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." He was bruised for our iniquities. Jesus then rose from the dead and defeated death.
Your own so-called “goodness” can’t get you into heaven any more than mine could. Jesus is the only way to Heaven. He is the "Door," the only "mediator." There is salvation in no other name, so pray something like this: "Dear God, I repent of all of my sins (confess them). This day I put my trust in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me and grant me your gift of everlasting life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen."

god is transcendent and to prove that existence itself exist you must first transcend your limited mind with purification and meditation on om. god cannot be proved through words ,only from direct cognitive experience can you gain direct proof, this takes many life times ,your mind could not take the expansion needed to comprehend the incomprehensible, there is no book that proves the lords existence rather they only show you the way

If you take Genesis a literal history, then there is absolute authority, and the Bible is Gods written word, and it is true.

It's not actually anyone's duty to prove the existence of God; something about you go your way and I'll go mine, and then we wait.
