It is safe, but you should go to a professional hair stylist to do it. Also, don't wash your hair for a couple of days before you go in - otherwise, the chemicals will burn your scalp and make your hair fall out (I'm being serious).

Same here ... watch out.. I went to a salon to have it colored and straightened twice and it started to break off.. still is breaking off, for that matter. I'll never do it again. (The stylist did use all good products, so it wasn't her fault)... but the straightening procedure is very harsh. Don't make the same mistake I made.. besides, curly is back in style anyway.

Did you get it chemically straightened by technique of a stylist because it is what i ought to recommend, and he or she should comprehend in case you ought to get it chemically straightened. diverse people imagine that because you ought to purchase kits to do it at domicile that that's possibility-free notwithstanding that's not that possibility-free, because you have not been taught about what particular products can extremely do on your hair. I recommend that you visit a pro and they are going to have the capacity to inform you.

You may want to consider to thinning the volume first. Hair spa may help improve the texture as well. I don't recommed going straight to any chemical treatment or mechanical lengthening if your hairs are not healthy enough.

it's safe, but if your hair is dry it will make it worse. try using moisturising products and oil before you straighten.
