I agree 2 & have no idea why.

Praps & it's BIG FAT GUESS, it's coz it's non-fussy food, a good use of resources & a wise way 2 prevent waste!

The acids in your mouth match the Ph factor of the fermenting pizza and curry. YOUR taste buds for these flavors are in the back of your tongue and the tongue is hot from sleeping and cooking the bacteria all night...so the pizza and curry is a nice breath freshener..........aaaaarrrghhh aaarrgghhh...

It has sit and the ingredients have had time to blend together. The same reason that Chile tastes better with age. Also ever wonder why most microwaveable prepared food says to let the food set in the microwave after it is cooked, same reason.

I don't know about Pizza but the Curry tastes better because meat cooked and left overnight always tastes better.

i think its cuz the flavors have had time to meld,, the same w/ spagetti and red sauce
