Visit the Green Mosque. Wander around through the shops. There are some very nice silk products and the usual souvenirs; look confused, say this is much too expensive and then bargain. Eat at any of the restaurants that overlook the sea. People will help you if you ask.

I don't know if it is your choice to visit Bursa or you will be there for business. But if it is your personal choice one day will be enough for Bursa, there are more to see in Istanbul and more fun. Have a nice trip.
