Well, the Bible states that God regreted creating some things and that's why He sent the Great Flood and allowed Noah to build an Ark and bring two of every Creature in the Ark.
I reckon that God has His own reasons for what He does, so, don't get Him angry...or else...

Well, not to be a bible thumper but we are told in scripture that God regretted having created this world AND mankind and therefore decided to destroy everything with a great flood.

And later 'repented' that decision and allowed Noah and his children to repopulate the world.

The intresting thing about the Noah/flood myth is that the first thing Noah did after disembarking was to get drunk and then let his daughters f*ck him.

Of course, this part of the myth is rarely referred to.

According to the Old Test, yes. He regretted making man a couple of times... right before he destroyed sodom and gamorrah... and right before he flooded the world. Then there's a couple of times he regretted just thinking about doing something to someone... he repented for the evil he thought to do against them.

New World Translation

No.

God created the "life" of the thing all planned out. so what is happening right now or whatever happened then and what will ever then is happening/happened/ will happen for a purpose.

And that purpose is only of God's knowing.
