"Gorgous" sounds like the name of one of the villains in Power Rangers episode.
I think the word you are looking for is gorgeous. Men use the term to say a woman is astoudingly beautiful. Women typically don't say a man is gorgeous; they has he is handsome, hot, studly or hunk. If a woman says a man is gorgeous, it usually means that he is a pretty-boy and likely to think too pretty to be straight, but would like to change his preferences, if given the chance.

Do you know, sometimes women do say that I have a gorgeous man. This mean that the man is of pleasant or attractive looking. Thus, also applicable to woman. Hope you understand.
