maybe i will not mention any new but i will tell you what i know and what i have tried
1- drink at least 8 glasses of water daily before and between the meals
2- it is better to eat 5 small meals than to eat 3 big meals .
3- when you feel that you want to eat , eat fruits like apple , orange , kiwi or eat a yoghurt but low fat .
4- try to do exercises or walk daily at least for 30 minutes you will feel that you dont want to eat .
5- when you feel you want to eat do any thing like reading a book or a magazine , go for shopping, go out with your friends .
this is the best and easy tips to stopp thinking of food .

You can still eat 4 or 5 times a day, but eat healthier meals. Eat fruit, and things that are low in calories.

You're supposed to eat 4-5 X/day, but eat more fruits & vegetables, seeds & nuts. If you control your portion size ( eat out of a smaller bowl or plate) you'll be fine.Remember the human body is meant to move ,30-40 min of elevated heartrate a day. (sex works) Just remember whatever you eat;a calorie is a calorie, is a calorie. & you must burn more calories than you take in. You live longer & your body works more efficiently.

Its very hard especially when your bored. Are you out of school on summer break? If so then your appetite should correct itself once you start school again...If your not in school find a hobby walk if you feel hungry or better yet drink alot of flavored water when you feel like eating. It works.

Go window shopping and try on different clothes. The time spent on trying on clothes is time away from eating and it sure makes me less hungry and hit the gym when I think about how I want to be able to wear certain things. :)

Don't attempt to give up consuming. You will die. If you wish to shed weight, you can also devour end result and greens (and a small quantity of meat ) ,due to the fact it could actually replenish your belly (you do not need the sensation of starvation and the warmth content material is low .), Meat is integral due to the fact it's nutritious.
