It happens all the time with relatives...not uncommon...
Don't over dramatize the situations, it was just for fun,nobody got hurt, life goes on, as you grow older it will probably be the least of your problems...you'll have plenty of time to wonder why your not getting any latter(or not as much)...19 is a time of exploration,discovery...don't drown your experiences with guilt.

The fact that you are ashamed suggests that you are uncomfortable about this relationship and feel that it is not ok. Perhaps you should be asking yourself about your attitude toward sex. Some people are casual; other want to save it for a really serious and meaningful relationship.
It's too late to recapture a "brotherly" relationship with your stepbro. I would suggest that you call off the sex, however. It will complicate your life when you do meet a man that you become serious about. Once you and your stepbro work it out, you may want to tell your mom, since she will probably figure it out anyway and it's better to be honest.

It happens a lot more than you think. Ask yourself if you want ANYONE to use you brother or not you know he's not going to tell your parent he's in love and starting a relationship. It will just be harder to take care of later with more guilt the longer it goes on. "I made a mistake" is easy to say than "weve been screwing around for a while" if your folks find out by accident. PS don't let him blackmail you either, if comes to that be the responsible one who speaks up. Good luck
