actually its better to focus on your navels because its where you were connected to when you were in your mothers womb.

There seems to be a form of meditation in everything we do. Rather than meditate and focus on one particular thing there is a sense of peace in a way of life and thought with everything we do and feel.
I do not know how to explain it, whether experiences just opened something in me but there is a love that fills us when can find a balance in all we do, when we find an understanding to life and it's true meaning, our own paths in life.
There is definately a combining of all emotions...
Rather than concentrate on one thing, focus on everything and all you do, for you and others.
I wish I could explain it better, maybe one day I'll be able to.

it depends on where you want to go with your meditation.
don't forget that there are many ways to meditate. you can even do it while washing up.....
if you concentrate on your navel you will 'root' yourself again. you'll find the inner power again.
if you focus on your 3rd eye you focus on your clear thoughts.
there is no better or worse - its just different

I don't meditate. I think everyone is in control of their own minds and they don't have to practice strange positions to have clarity. Just think your way through anything.
