Well, it depends on where you are in the US. For example, many women in LA can be... I'd rather not say it. But overall, yes, I think American women are nice and good-looking (Americans in general are quite courteous and helpful). I know women in their twenties as well as women in their seventies. As for marriage, yes, I would very much like to, but I don't yet know how she would feel about it. I would treat her very well; a nicer, more elaborate lecture is for her ears only :)

I never been to US im from India I think american girls are not hot as indian girls, Marry a girl from America naaa never. American girls are for use and throw types.
