Does anyone know where i can get holiday haemodialysis in the UK besides Norfolk, Cambridge and Wales please?

try contacting nhs direct they should have a list of hospitals and clinics providing the services you need

I don't know here but people on dialysis go on vaction and they make arrangements ahead of time. Ask your Doctor he can find out for you.
