download it. u will get options of opening and saving it . click on the tab of save. another pop up window will open showing ur "my documents" or any other place of ur machine find the place where u want to save it then again click a save tab at the bottom of the pop up window. that's it. You can drag and drop the attachment on to your desktop, or right click and select save attachment

Save it! If you can't easily save it thats probably because you dont have a copy of the program used to make it.
