but he a big alcoholic and im afraid that he'll do something stupid and me and my boyfriend are scard that if he dose take him he most likly going to get drunk. Because his father dose wunt his kid but it didnt work between us and he has all the right too see his kid right? i dont know what should i do? :O(

I assume you are in family court regarding visitation rights. Why don't you bring it up to the judge that you are concerned about the father's drinking problem. The judge may order AA or rehab before granting less restricted visitation. Either way, the CHILD COMES FIRST. If you are scared for their safety, why are you even hesitating?

How old is the kid? I'd make sure to document everything that the ex says, does or even seems to think!
If the dad is driving intoxicated turn his *** in!! He's endangering your child and does not have a right to do that.
Once he's caught drinking and driving you can make sure he loses all rights as a parent for endangering the child.

the kid goes with the parent who can give the most and care for it properly without doing mental or physical damage.
the kid has a right to its natural father and form a bond with him providing safe to do so
its not really for you to decide as you may have bitterness from the relationship.
a professional person or judge should make this call
