Alton Brown and Boby Flay are my favorites on the Food Network, but every now and then, I check out the Pbs cooking shows. Jaques Pepin, Daisy Cooks! and Mexico: One Plate At A Time with Rick Bayless... All are worth their time.

It all depends of your tastebuds! Like you wrote, you've seen all of them. I'm sure there's one that make you tick....simple, exotic or gourmet. Whatever makes you happy!
Food Network line-up , Fine Living channel, Epicurious, PBS Cooking at home with Julia Childs, Jacques Pepin to name a few.

The food network gives you a variety of styles to learn from. Watch whoever best fits your need. They have quick meal people, prep ahead meal people, gourmet, bbq, party ect.

I like the Food Network. My favorite chefs/personalities are: Paula Dean, Rachel Ray, Bobby Flay, and the one who hosts "Everyday Italian" <--I don't know her name. "Semi Homemade w/ Sandra Lee" has good ideas but I find her utterly annoying.
