Apples have nothing what so ever to do with what happened in the garden of Eden.

The word apple is not even in the story.

The sin that was committed has absolutely nothing to do with eating apples.

The tree that is being talked about here is Satan. What Eve did was have intercourse with Satan.

Didn't Adam eat the apple?

Yes. The duo were enlightened in so far as they became conscious of self, and self will. That is all. How can there be consciousness of something that is Unconscious? Since the Garden of Eden incident, God has continued to reveal himself as a Personal Being, not an Unconscious unifying Force.

They don't really know the kind of fruit tree it was.

But sin didn't enter the world until Adam ate it.

I think for the most part, for teasing reasons, men like to blame women for what happened, but it was really Adam's fault.
