firstly find if he really loves u.it is not necessary that he is ur frnd or not.person who is loving u must know about u better then u.if he cares for u & trustworthy then u should accept his proposal.

Be carefull, Love can ruin a good friendship. If you love him, thats great but if you don,t than you better tell him so.
