If you're a girl, would you prefer to just be skinny or toned? And guys, which do you prefer?
I think girls look sexier when they're shapely and have a little muscle tone, but it seems like a lot of girls that have been asking questions on here want to avoid having any at all. Aside from looking good, I think it just makes "dieting" easier because you don't have to starve yourself to maintain your weight.
And I don't mean a RIPPED chick that can bench 300lbs, I mean like Baywatch kind of toned.

I'm female and prefer to be slim and toned. To me being skinny does not look attractive. You can be skinny and still have wobbly bits, it doesn't necessarily make you look healhty. HTH.

am quite toned for a girl a have muscle legs and a good tummy.....my butt isnt to shaped but the rest is.
i do a lot of sports and am in the army cadets so i us my legs and abbs a lot....when i dont realise it....and i dont stuff me face.
I liked a muscle man but not too muscle or too fat but i dont care its the personaltiy that counts

I miss being seriously toned. =(
And I love my men very toned. Bodybuilders just annoy the crap out of me.

I prefer my girls with curves or toned so you can actually hold them.

i'd rather have a toned, flat stomach than just be skinny. i wouldn't want to have a six pack or anything though. :/

no not at all. I like to work my legs and stuff. but dont wanna get too large.
