Caffeine is not good for you. Also, if you drink too much caffeine over time, your body can have trouble metabolizing it. That's why some people have trouble sleeping when they have too much caffeine. I have a friend who drank too much coffee while in college, and now she her body reacts badly to caffeine (her heart races and she gets very jittery), and she can't have any caffeine at all. And remember that you are probably getting caffeine from some other sources (like soda and chocolate) as well.

If you are putting cream or sugar in that coffee, that can add up to a lot of calories in a day and make you gain weight over time.

Switch to decaf, and drink only a cup or two once or twice during the day (if you like it black). Limit it to once a day if you add cream or sugar.

Too much coffee can make you dehydrated. Drink lots of water, and you won't have room (or time) for all that coffee.

no. coffee is no good. I used to drink coffee 3-5 a day. When you get older that'll be the only thing you want to drink. Try flavor tea. but cut down on the coffee before it's too late.

I'm 14 and drink coffee; not that much, coffee stun ur growth and I'm already short so that's y I don't drink alot, but if u like go ahead

i start drinking coffee since 15 too. pls find out the reason why you wanna have coffee first. if wanna wake yourself up when getting tired, you'd better take a break or nap. if you like to taste, try decaf. it helps.

too much coffee hurts skin and temper.

depends on how many cups in a sitting...that much caffiene is not good for anyone, I would stick to 2 cups in one day total. And if you are drinking pop also, quit one or the other. Hope you are getting plenty water also :)

it depends if u have 2 drink it for d reason dat u hav some test 2 review.. but u hav 2 drink it once.. coz it affects your health if you drink it more than once,.
