If your spouse or some other authorized user has an eBay account they may using that card. If you don't have a spouse or someone else authorized to use the card you need to cancel that card immediately

call Ur card company and let them know some has Ur card number u want to cancel it and get and new one if u don't u going to be charge for allot stuff u didn't buy it called theft

Cancel that card and get another, then don't use it to buy anything on the internet.
NOTHING is secure on the internet.
There are phoney sites so realistic that they fool the experts.

print out the window from ebay, cancel your card, call your bank to tell them what ebay told you and talk to your spouse/children to ask politely if they used it
