Do a pregnancy test first, I had one child, but didnt realise I was pregnant with the second for three months! every pregnancy is different.

if its negative, you could try taking Kelp, it will wake up your thyroid a bit, and improve your tiredness, but it takes time to work so give it a month or two, contrary to popular belief, wheat intolerance is fairly rare, you could try giving the nightshade family a miss, ie potatoes, tomatoes, etc, or an Iron suppliment is a good idea especially for tiny women, they seem to need it! also dont forget the importance of calcium and magnesium in your diet, small women can be prone to osteoporosis, so a suppliment is a must if you are tiny.

Without knowing more detail, it's hard to answer. You may have some form of IDB. Also, skip what you eat regularly every morning and try somethng different. Perhaps smaller portions work better for you, too.

I know the feeling, I have a tiny stomach and waist and if I eat too much, you can literally see food moving beneath the skin like a snake. Good luck.

One common cause for bloating is gas in the intestinal tract which may be due to food allergies. Milk and milk products (dairy creamer in your coffee, ice cream etc) as well as certain legumes or even onions may be allergenic to some individuals. Food additives, artificial colorings, etc may also cause allergies. Try to make an inventory of what you habitually eat before 11 am (or even the night before) and see what happens if you eliminate these from your diet. The feeling of tiredness may be a result of inadequate nutrition and can also be due to food allergy. One other cause of unexplained fatigue is early kidney disease. A blood test for Creatinine level can tell if this is the problem.

First off, please take a pregnancy test. Secondly, take a look at your diet, some foods contain alot of substances that can make you feel bloated. Oh, and try that joghurt that is supposed to take the bloated feeling away, sorry i forgot the name. Its in a green packet, thats all i know.
If the feeling does not go away, consult your doctor.

Is it possible that you could be pregnant? If not...try drinking more water. It might be water weight. Try not to eat as much sodium. That causes bloating!

Well since you're not pregnant, I'd try making taking some pills that help with water weight, if they don't work...take a trip to the good ole doctor!

Good luck :)

If you eat too much fiber this can happen. try to cut back just a bit and don't water log yourself. stay away from drinks that stick with you like... Starbucks, beer and 100% away from sodas. Some other reasons include problems with fat and other nutrient absorption, overeating at meals and medication.Bloating can also be a sign of liver problems. I'd say if your young and have no other known health problems its all about your diet.

It´s hard to answer your question satisfactoriyl without further information-
have you changed your diet latetly (i.e. cutting down certain foods).
I think it could be period-related. Go to your doctor, see what they have to say, or gynacologist. Only they can fully answer you question.

Do you drink loads during the morning? Try drinking more throughout the day, stay away from breads in the morning and eat more fruit and fibre.
