Well I don't think people just come up with you owing them money for no reason what so ever. So what has lead to this misunderstanding, deal with that. If she is just pulling it out of the air have her rear in court or arrested or just find her and take care of it the old way she wins you owe her, you win she owes you. Best answer ask God for his direction, then sit back and watch, act when its time.

In Singapore, threaten to hit someone is Criminal Intimination, which is an criminal offence under penal code. She probably just said it to frighten you. But if you want , you may file a Police report in two possible cases: First, as an offence under Criminal Intimination. Second, for record purpose just to make yourself feel better. But keep in mind, no Police in Singapore can protest you 24 hours, be more careful yourself, try not to be alone an any quiet place.

If there is no black and white to prove that you owed her the money then you also can turn around and accused her that she owed you $600. Should she don't settle this, you can ask her to meet you at the nearest "NPP" post to settle this. If, she fail to go, make a police report about her harassing you for not paying the money to you.

In VA: File a police report and go to the Magistrate to file a criminal complaint and try to obtain warrants. If the Magistrate won't issue a warrant because they feel there isn't enough probable cause, there's not a whole lot you can do until the situation further escalates.

If anything is "illegal", like in dope, on this matter there is no legal contract to repay. If there isn't an IOU on paper, there is no legal contract. If the other party can't produce a third person to testify they heard you say this was a loan, there is no legal contract. But for her to even suggest there is a possibility of violence, the police should contact her and get her name/address on file.
All of the above situations point for you to make a police report.

She has commited simple assault if she has threatend to harm you in any way, even if she never touched you. By threatening to have someone else harm you, she could conceivably be charged with criminal conspiracy to cause harm and making a terroristic threat. In reality, if you file a complaint the police might just talk to her and scare the hell out of her. If there is sufficient evidence to prove your allegation, she can be arrested and charged. If you believe she is serious, make a report.

Hit them back harder.
And when the "hitman" is lying on the floor all battered and beaten, lift them up by the collar and ask in a menacing tone. "Make sure you give her the message."
