No if it is given in a technical manner. few teacher who dont concentrate upon technique and only wana teach something amy give physical pain for long.

Not drastically. I got my biggest personality change from Rugby League. But martial arts has probably developed a few virtues where there were none. Patience and empathy would be two of the more noticable. I don't think Rugby League Odee would have visited an opponent in hospital or shaken hands and made friends with someone who just beat the snot out of him.

nope. its just a form of exercise...but when a child goes haywire and takes steroid for building muscle mass, then that's when the child's height is affected.
