Thats OSAP. It stands for Ontario Student Assistance Progam and it a kind of government loans and grant for all immigrants, protected people and Canadian citizens who LIVE IN ONTARIO and want to get some post secondary education, like college or university.

I think you mean OSAP.
OSAP is Ontario Student Assistance Program, in other words, free money for students to go to other Canadian cities(to attend University or College) to act like a$$holes.
Is it for immigrants? What kind of a question is that? If you are coming to my country, don't be looking for handouts, get a job and pull your weight, like the vast majority of hard working Canadians.
