There are many things you can eat .....like.

Demis' Roussos diet....Chicken boiled or roast.all day for one month....U get proteins but no fat ..U loose weight. drink only water.

Sultana grapes ... it may contains sugars... but u loose weight too, if u don't eat anything else. Only thing is allowed is water...as much as u like.

a friend of mine has lived on nothing but fruit and veg for the last 2 years .and he is perfectly healthy.
