I am a male aged 29 and looks like a boy of 15- 18 without having a proper moustache. Center portion looks like vaccant due to very thin hair. Before in my head the hair was little bit thicker and now it seems to be thinner. Is there any way to grow the center portion of the moustache thicker. I dont need that my thicker, but a normal one for others to say that he has.

You obviously shaved improperly as a teen, and continued to do so as an adult. You are pathetic. This is how you fix your problem, shave the part that you'd like to grow, and only shave that part for a week or so at a time. One day it will catch up to all of its other mustache acquaintances, and grow in equally.

Just shave it. If it's thin, then you probably look like a 16 year old who is trying to look older by growning a 'stache.

this could sound stupid, yet in chicago a puerto rican barber informed my chum to place a lime on a bald spot he had gotten cut back on his head and he completed this for weeks and that i exchange into dam suppised that it worked.

how your hair grows is how it grows. i think the only thing you could even try is rogaine...but i wouldn't put that on my face at all for anything. so...i think you just have to live with it. (mine is thin in the middle too.)

I don't know of any products, but see a dermatologist and maybe they can help....Your situation may be hereditary and may worsen as you age.
