I am a 22-year-old girl of Asian nationality. I hardly get a chance to get out during the daytime, and I'm worried that this might have an adverse effect on my wellbeing. How much sunlight do you think a person of my origin should get?

You have have to stand in the sun for long periods of time to get vitamin D. You can get it from other sources, like fortified milk or orange juice.
