I'm an English learner too! I haven't much improved in speaking and listening to English, and I understand how you feel about your English.
I have many Chinese and Taiwanese friends, and I think they speak better English than the Japanese! Acquiring a second language is hard at start but will soon get better.
I recommend you to see British or American movies with "English subtitles." This will improve your ability to listen to English and enrich your vocabulary. I also suggest you read books as many as you can.
So, I'd like to say movies and books help you learn English!

The best thing you can do is make friends with someone who speaks English well and spend a lot of time talking with that person. Go shopping together, participate in activities together. Maybe you can do homework together and your friend can help you with English and you can help with whatever subject you are best at. It is hard to learn a new language but when you have a friend to help you it's lots more fun.

Hi, I am an English teacher and I live in Japan. I can help you. All it takes is practice. But, how to get that practice? That is hard. Are there any English speaking people living close to you? Speak to them. Make them your friends. Learn from them. If not then you will need to study on your own. Go to the library, try to learn from books in the library. Try to learn how to use a dictionary. If you need you can e-mail me, and I will try to help you. OK? Good luck. Learning English is hard work, but hard work is not foreign for Chinese people.

Here's a little tip. Some words in English can have 3 different meanings, so watch out for that.

English is not so easy to learn; too many exceptions to the rule.
My Mandarin & Cantonese are nowhere, but may be I can help you with your English.
Let me know!

It's easy to learn it. Get some dictionaries that can translate to Chinese. I can speak two languages because of dictionaries. That's what you should buy in some stores
