When the circulatory system gets tighter the blood pressure gets higher. Aerobic Exercise makes the blood vessels less rigid and decreases blood pressure. Also, emotional stress can raise blood pressue, so therapy or vactation works. Also drink lots of fluids and pee often. Also, avoid diet soda's with aspartame. Also, some people have too much salt that raises their blood pressure. Also, tight fitting clothes, tight belts, bras etc can cause the blood vessels to be tightened. Also, sleep apnea, ie. snoring can cause high blood pressure, so be sure to get your sleep tested. Also, being overwieght and heredity can cause high blood pressure. Follow all of these guidelines and you bp will be lowered.

is important to take steps to keep your blood pressure under control. The treatment goal is blood pressure below 140/90 and lower for people with other conditions, such as diabetes and kidney disease. Adopting healthy lifestyle habits is an effective first step in both preventing and controlling high blood pressure. If lifestyle changes alone are not effective in keeping your pressure controlled, it may be necessary to add blood pressure medications. In this section you will learn about blood pressure-lowering lifestyle habits and blood pressure medications. Avoid salt in her diet by not salting her food at the table, and trying not to buy prepackaged foods that contain alot of sodium (read labels). Drink plenty of water, exercise and take meds as prescribed.
