Yes, actors will also have to look more perfect which will probably fuel a new generation of uber-makeup and cosmetic surgery. either that or we will have to wear special blurry glasses to watch it with.

CGI is usally pretty easy to spot already (I don't see that as a bad thing) but I think advances in that field will mean that computer generated images will soon match photographic images.
