so this guy he says he loves me a lot, even though he has a girlfriend. what does this mean? does he like me or her, like i'm really confused. please anyone have some good advice??

Without knowing all of the facts of his current relationship, my experience says STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!
If you tell him that you love him too, not only will you look like the girl who stole somebody elses boyfriend, but soon you will also be the ex-girlfriend who lost her "boyfriend" to yet another girl in the cycle of women treated badly.
If he breaks up with his current girlfriend on his own accord and then tries to date you, that is acceptable - as long as he does not break up as a condition of dating you. He needs to break up because that relationship is not working - end of story.
I don't want you to be hurt by a man who has a tendency of going through girlfriends like he goes through tennis shoes - they are cool when they are new and need to be discarded every 6 months to a year for a newer, better pair. These men will not find happiness until they actually get a clue. Until then, they will break the hearts of many women.

Oh you don't want to go anywhere near that!
He's got a grilfriend still and he's telling another girl he loves them? He's fishing around to see what he can catch and if he likes his new catch he'll keep it, at least until he finds something else he "loves"
save your heart.
If he thought he loved you he would have dumped the other girl before professing his love for you.
If you take him not only will he be cheating or dumpping a girl for you he will do the EXACT same thing to you later.

firstly you have to realise, that some guys say this to nearly every girl they talk to. that's just how they are. if this particular guy doesn't, then he probably does like you. but i would assume he likes his girlfriend aswell.
now, ask yourself, are you willing to get this guy to break up with his girlfriend, then go out with you? are you going to stay with him? do you like him enough to ask him to do that? does he like you enough to do that for you?
if the answer to any of these were no, walk away and dont look back
if the answer to any of these were maybe, find out! ask him. flirt with him. make him play truth or dare. or just truth. ask 'if you were single, would you date me?', etc.
once you know the answer to all these are yes, ask him to hang out or something sometime...watch a movie then grab a pizza or something. make sure the movie is scary, then when you're in the cinema, hold his hand, etc. it should come naturally

stay away from him. he's bad news. he's letting lust take over. if he's lost interest in his current GF, then whats to stop him from breaking up with you for the same reason? If he really cares about you, then great but you need to know where his priorities lie. Make sure he's not some guy thats going to follow the next girl who piques his interest. Find someone who is more faithful.

First of all if he's telling you that he loves you while he already has a girlfriend, that doesn't have good signs. and second of all, all the other people who answered were right, if he would leave his girlfriend for you, he might just as readily leave you for another girl who he's telling he loves.

listen this guy sounds like aplayer and just wants to use you so he can be the center of attention and well make a fool ouy of you so im telling you to ignore the guy or go to him and ask why and how he loves you if he gets quiet or stumbbles over his words do what i siad if he tells you right out well youve got yourself a man.

Don't be confused. The proof of wither or not he loves you is how he treats you.

Tell him if he loves you, he'd dump his girlfriend. If he does, he was telling the truth, if he doesn't he was lying and you're better off without him in your life.
