Wow that is almost an impossible question. Beer, after all, comes in many forms and flavors -- lagers, ales, pilsners, bocks, bitters, browns, lights, drys, malts, honeys. If I were going to go with a known beer worldwide anywhere in the world, I would probably choose a lager. The one I find that has consistent flavor would be the Danish icon -- Carlsberg.

The British are always ridiculed for drinking "warm beer" by the Yanks, however.... drinking beer at room temp gives you a much better idea of what it tastes like! Anyone can actually get down a Bud, Coors, Michelob etc... when its ice cold....all you taste is cold!
Try warmimg these Beers to room temp and then try top get one down....Ugggghhhh! And all that gas!!!!!!! Ugggghhhhh! Ever drink a hand pulled beer?...mmmmmmmm!
I love Guinness, Whitbread Directors bitter (if it still exists), Murpheys Irish Stout, Mild, and Boddington's. Ohhhh I forgot one....Brains SA Bitter (the SA is for Samual Arthur...but its called Skull Attack.... and for good reason!

Almost any, excepting this awful sewage in China called "Red Dawn". The people I was was with actually took photographs: the first time they've seen me NOT finish a beer.
