(I just want to take an F cup down to a D or C without surgery.)

Um, thanks for the suggestion, but losing weight isn't the answer. I've lost 50 pounds and am 10 pounds from my ideal weight. I started with an F and still have an F. I don't want to end up with back trouble and/or be forced into reduction surgery.

First of all, congratulations on your success!

As far as the girls go... while you can tone with upper arm and pectoral exercises, none that I know of will actually help to decrease cup size.

(if you find out how, let us know)

In the meantime, think about the surgery. It will most likely be covered by insurance, and it sure will make your back/shoulders feel better, not to mention adding the word "perky" once again to your vocabulary. :)

Men will never understand why... and smaller women won't either.

But, then again, they don't know how painful and uncomfortable it can be.

Good luck!

Probably do a lot of upper chest work.
Forgot what it's called, but guys use it to tighten their chest.

Ask a doctor the best way to go about this.

I dont think so because there are no muscles in breasts. But if anything will work it will be the bench press. that might work.

Since breast tissue is mostly fat, if you lose weight, that should help.

Push ups....EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do pushups every other day (not too many) so that I can tighten my muscles...it helps with perkiness! :) I don't do too many because I don't want to become smaller. However, I understand what you mean.
