Should is a nasty word, the other person feels
obligated,, better is "Your welcome here
anytime",, sounds more inviting....

Number two. You have to 'in' to complete the prepositional phrase, 'in a while'. In is a prepostion and while the object of the prepostion. No worries though, grammar compostion gets a little fuzzy now and again!

U cannot say "once a while".

Or U can say, "Once in a while, U should come here."
